Centre County 4-H Seeing Eye Puppy Club
Welcome to the Centre County 4-H Seeing Eye Puppy Club! We raise puppies for The Seeing Eye in Morristown, New Jersey! We partner with the Sight-Loss Support Group of Central Pennsylvania Inc., We get the puppies when they are about 7 weeks old. Our jobs as puppy raisers are to expose them to as many places and surfaces possible. Pretty much anywhere we go the puppies go as well. We have monthly meetings for our puppies that are the fourth Monday of every month at 6:30pm at the Penn State Ag Arena. Once the puppies are about 15 months old they head back to The Seeing Eye to continue their journey to become a Guide Dog. Giving up the puppies is extremely hard but it is well worth it. The Seeing Eye breeds its own dogs that include Yellow, Black and the occasional Chocolate Lab, Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds and Golden Retriever Yellow/Black lab crosses Check out other puppy websites at:
